Under the contract, we shall purchase all your final produce at a min pre-fixed price. For buy back, we sign an agreement on company letterhead/ or a valid judicial paper with additional signatures of witnesses of grower and buyer. We can sign agreement online following national/ international laws of signing business contract. For Indian buyers, we sign registered agreement under jurisdiction of Gujarat High Court.
